Your Coaching Journey
Integral Coaching® goes beyond solving discrete problems or achieving particular goals. It is about developing the whole person — who you are and how you show up in the world, not just what you want to change.
The Integral Coaching® Approach
Pioneered by New Ventures West in California for over 40 years, Integral Coaching® draws from neuroscience, psychology, somatics, linguistics, leadership theory, systems thinking, and both Eastern and Western philosophy to foster deep, holistic development.
Rather than focusing on isolated challenges or short-term goals. this approach is about developing the whole person — how you think, feel, act, and show up in your leadership and in your life.
To this end, we don’t rely on silver bullet or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, we look at your life as a whole and carry out a structured assessment to understand your developmental needs. From there, we design a personalized coaching program tailored to help you build the skills, capacities, and awarenesses needed to reshape how you experience leadership — and life.
By the end of your coaching journey, you’ll have discovered new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting across all areas of your life.
