I work with founders, executives and leaders to unlock leadership growth and meaningful transformation. Together, we work to deepen emotional awareness, develop resilience, navigate uncertainty, strengthen relationships, and cultivate clarity and presence.
Integral Coaching® is a holistic methodology for meaningful and enduring development.
Pioneered by New Ventures West in California over the past 40 years, Integral Coaching® takes a whole-person approach to development. It works with how we think, feel, communicate, make decisions, relate to others, and respond under pressure, uncertainty and complexity.
Unlike approaches that focus only on addressing specific problems or goals, Integral Coaching supports the development of the whole person — who you are, not just what you want to change. Rather than employing one-size-fits-all solutions, we look at your leadership and life holistically and develop a program tailored to your specific needs and context.
Over a 6-9 month coaching journey, we’ll meet every two weeks and you’ll engage in personalized practices between sessions. Through your program, you’ll develop the skills, capacities, and expanded awareness needed to shift how you show up in your leadership and life.

I primarily coach founders, executives and business leaders, but I also work with educators, policymakers, and individuals committed to long-term personal development.

Most clients work with me for 6–9 months, meeting every 2 weeks, and supported by practices and reflections between sessions.

I have graduated from a rigorous professional coaching certification program with New Ventures West in San Francisco. This 12-month course assessed my readiness for coaching and supervised my early client engagements. My certification is equivalent to a PCC designation with the ICF.
Prior to this, I worked as a lawyer, management consultant and business leader at tech startups and SMEs in Southeast Asia.
