About Me
My journey into coaching emerged from my own personal development and the years I spent working closely with executives and founders, where I saw firsthand how deeper human capacities shape effective leadership — especially in the moments that matter most.
Why Coaching?
After a series of major life crises in 2022–23, I left a successful corporate career to embark on a year-long journey of self-discovery and development. This period, while profoundly impactful, was also difficult and lonely. I stitched together books, podcasts, and practices into a winding path with little structure or guidance.
When I encountered the world of coaching, I discovered what had been missing: a systematic, compassionate companion on the journey. Coaching provided me with tools, practices, and perspectives that brought structure, camaraderie, and depth to my growth.
I also realized that throughout my years working closely with founders and senior executives, the biggest obstacles to meaningful outcomes were rarely strategic or technical. They were human. They lived in the deeper, intangible capacities that shape how leaders relate, communicate, decide, and show up under pressure and complexity.
This insight, alongside my own personal journey, ignited my purpose: to help leaders develop these often-overlooked capacities through coaching that is both grounded and deeply personal.

Credentials and Experience
I am a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West in San Francisco, a pioneering coaching institute with over four decades of global research and practice. This methodology draws on neuroscience, psychology, somatics, linguistics, leadership theory, systems thinking, and Eastern and Western philosophy.
Before becoming a coach, I built a diverse career as a lawyer, management consultant, public policy advisor, and senior executive at growth-stage tech startups and SMEs in Southeast Asia.
Throughout these roles, I advised countless business leaders and reported directly to many Founders and CEOs. This gave me a close-up view of the human dimensions of leadership that often determine success — the deeper skills and capacities that shape how leaders think, relate, communicate, make decisions and carry themselves in challenging moments. These experiences now inform my ability to help leaders to strengthen these capacities and achieve meaningful, holistic growth.
On the personal side, I am a New Zealander of Indian origin who was raised between Auckland and Jakarta. I have lived in 10 countries and speak 4 languages, including fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
